Signing up and Logging in
1. Why should I become a member?
.com is designed to advise you on health care and lifestyle options, help you navigate the health care system, and reward you for making healthy choices. You can find all your health-related resources in one place:
  • Check your claims and view your benefits information
  • Get fitness and nutrition tips as well as healthy recipes
  • Learn about medical conditions, medications and formulary information
  • Search for doctors and other providers
  • Research cost and care options
You can even earn Rewards points--redeemable for gift certificates at dozens of restaurants, retailers, movie theaters and more--just for actively taking care of your health.
2. Why do I have to log in every time I visit the site?
Our log-in process is in place to protect the personal, medical and transactional information for each member who uses the site. When it comes to our members, security always comes first.
3. I forgot my password. What can I do?
You can reset your password by requesting a temporary password on the Trouble logging in  page.
4. I forgot my username. What can I do?
You can retrieve your username on the Trouble logging in page.
5. I don’t remember if I have an account or not. What can I do?
You can find out if you have an account by going to the Trouble logging in page and requesting your username and password.
New Member Registration
6. How do I register?
If you've ever checked your eligibility or viewed your claims online, then you already have a username and password. If you are sure that you do not have an existing ID and password, then just follow the directions on the login page to register and create your new username and password. You will need the member ID number and group number on your member card to register, so have your card handy.
7. What is my Member ID number?
Your Member ID number can be found on your member card. If you look at your card, you'll see the words "ID No." or "Identification Number." Right after that, there will be three letters. Do not enter the letters when you enter your ID number. Just enter the numbers, with no spaces or dashes.
8. What is my Group number?
Your Group number can be found on your member card. If you look at your card, you’ll see the words "Group No." or "Group Number." Enter the numbers with no spaces or dashes.
9. What is a guest pass, when should I use one, and how do I get it?
A guest pass is a way for non-members to see the content available on .com for a limited time. If you are a member, you should not use a guest pass, because you will not be able to take advantage of all the many resources available to members, such as the ability to view claims, participate on the message boards, create a Personal Health Record, and much more.
If you're not a member and you want to get a guest pass, visit the log in page and select "Use a Guest Pass." Next to Guest Pass Promotion Code, fill in the following code: ourguest. Choose a state, enter your zip code, your email, and retype it. Then choose a user name and password. You can fill in the other fields as well, but you must at least fill in the code, state, zip code, email, user name, and password.
